Children’s Ministry
Jesus said “Let the children come to me” and at Lansing First we agree! Children are a treasure and we believe they should not only be taught the bible basics but also be given opportunity to serve in the church as God leads. Children ages 4-12 meet for Sunday school at 9:30am on Sundays and then join their parent for praise time before being dismissed to Children’s church. Nursery is provided for children through three years of age during Sunday School and the 10:45 worship service.
Childcare Ministry
One of our most prominent and important ministries is our Childcare ministry that meets Monday-Friday from 6:30am-6pm. We welcome children from birth-Preschool and strive to help them grow Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually. You can learn more on our childcare ministry page!

Youth Ministry
Our focus for this age group is on discipleship, and we are developing an environment where students are both being discipled, and offering discipleship to others. Teens (ages 12-18) are encouraged to join us for Sunday school at 9:30am on Sunday mornings and then are also invited to help teach the younger children during Children’s church.
Nazarene Missions International
God’s church is not a building, it is people going out and meeting the needs of those around them. We seek to do this at the local level in Delta Township, but also work to support what the Nazarene church is doing all around the world. We pray for and take up offerings for our missionaries. Boxworks Ministry
The Boxworks ministry at Lansing First began as a group of fun loving, dedicated and uplifting seniors who each week provide service to their community and international aid to other countries. However, this has developed into a passionate group of mission minded people of all ages; gathering to fellowship and prepare essentials for the mission field.
